Know Your Coach

Kelsee wanted to bring the worlds of fitness, nutrition, and behavioral modification into one business. Starting as a certified personal trainer (CPT), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and Certified Nutritionist (CN), Kelsee provided over five years of programming for clients seeking body transformation. There was a piece missing to methodology. Some clients just did not want to take the nutrition education, meal plans, workout program recommendations, etc. They were given the tools but could not or would not follow through. That led to a board certification in health and wellness coaching.

As a board certified health and wellness coach, Kelsee is alongside as you journey toward change in various dimensions of wellness. You work together to identify areas of strengths that can apply to your health and wellness goals. Coaching Philosophy

My coaching philosophy is rooted in sustainable, behavior-based change. I believe health is built through consistent habits that support nutrition, movement, recovery, and mindset. I meet clients where they are, listen first, and collaborate with them to create realistic strategies that fit their lifestyle.

I focus on education, accountability, and empowerment rather than rigid plans or quick fixes. My goal is to help clients build confidence and self-efficacy so they can make informed decisions and maintain progress long-term. I also prioritize staying within my scope of practice and collaborating with other professionals when needed.
